Terms
Packsmithy is run by JL Games UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Burgweg 38, 53123 Bonn, Germany (see Impressum).
Who sells to you
Orders are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe sells the product to you, collects the payment and any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice; Stripe's own buyer terms apply to the purchase. JL Games UG supplies the files and grants the license.
Delivery
All products are digital downloads. The download link is shown right after payment and sent by email. If a link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, write to hello@packsmithy.com and we send a new one.
Custom packs
A custom pack is 100 sound effects made from the brief you submit (your game and the sounds you need, in your own words, and optionally a reference pack). The sounds are synthesised in code and designed by Packsmithy's sound agents from your brief, checked, and delivered as a download link by email within 3 days of payment. We can't make voices or speech, music tracks or realistic recordings; the order page says what we can make before you pay.
You get one free revision of the whole pack: say what to change on your order page within 14 days of delivery, and the revised pack follows within 3 days. If the revised pack still doesn't match your brief, reply to its delivery email and you get a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. The custom pack comes with the same license as our other packs; we don't sell your custom pack in the shop.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Your final price, including taxes for your country, is shown at checkout before you pay.
